May is the 70th Anniversary of the altitude record set by Bristol’s Chief Test Pilot Walter Gibb in the Bristol Olympus engined Canberra. 
We will be showing a recording of a talk he gave approximately 20 years ago entitled “Apprentice to Chief Test Pilot”. 
This talk is jointly organised by Bristol Aero Talks and the Bristol Branch of the Rolls-Royce Heritage Trust
